DESCRIPTION
The Dépendance is a single house in the country, strategically located it is only 15 minutes from the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains and it is nestled in the "marchigiane" hills.
The house has a large wooden porch with a private garden and it can comfortably accommodate four people, in addition two people more can use the davenport.
It spreads over two floors: the first is a living room with every service and a bathroom with washing machine; in the second floor there is another bathroom, a twin and a double room. At 50 meters from this Dépendance ther is a pool (12 x 6 m) with a large solarium and a garden with deckchairs and parasols.
Guests will also have an organic vegetable garden where you can pick tomatoes and other vegetables during the season.
